Cloud Connector Tunnel Timeout During Peak Load

Our SAP Cloud Connector tunnel becomes unstable above roughly 500 requests per second even though backend capacity remains available. I am comparing keep-alive settings, connector sizing, high-availability topology, and destination timeouts to identify the limiting layer.
